PNW Geology and History Camp

Volcanoes and Voices: Geology and People of the Pacific Northwest

How do you prepare your children to stand in their generation? You teach them geology, apologetics, and the rich history of the Pacific Northwest through a Biblical worldview! That's exactly what we are doing at Volcanoes and Voices: Geology and People of the Pacific Northwest Family Camp at Peniel Ranch. Bring the whole family for an unforgettable vacation where Patrick Nurre reveals the Genesis Flood›s global and local impact (the Missoula Flood, Columbia River, and Dry Falls) while Tiffany Michaels brings early explorers, Indigenous peoples, Lewis and Clark, and missionary adventures to life. Hands-on art, kayaking, archery, tomahawk throwing, field trips, and more round out afternoons of adventure. Equip your kids with the truth they can stand on!

Theme: Volcanoes and Voices: Geology and People of the Pacific Northwest

Invite a family who has never been to the Ranch, and you'll receive $50 off your registration! Or register by May 31st and receive $25 off!

SPEAKERS

Patrick Nurre, Northwest Treasures

Patrick Nurre, speaker and author, was in the second grade when he made his first big find—a large dinosaur bone in the alley behind his house! That was the beginning of a love for geology. Raised in beautiful Montana, he spent many days rockhounding near the Big Horn River. This early interest led him to a lifelong study of the world of geology. Patrick was trained in secular geology, but after becoming a Christian, he began to seriously reevaluate his previous evolutionary beliefs, and became, instead, a youngearth creationist. TIffany Micheals, Sparrow Homeschool

Tiffany Michaels has a Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on research, small groups, and communication. Since having children, she has homeschooled for over 15 years, directed Co op programs, and taught classes on history, writing, literature, and art. Most recently, she spent three years traveling around the Pacific Northwest taking pictures and writing Pacific Northwest History from a Christian, Creation- based, Young Earth, Apologetics Worldview.
