Speakers: Ben and Amanda Rauk

Ben and Amanda Rauk

Ben and Amanda met at Bible School and have been married 22 years in June. Ben works as a mechanic and pilot for a small aircraft company, Vashon Aircraft. He spends his off time with their four kids (ages 11-18), exploring the mountains and serving as an elder at Emmanuel Baptist Church of Snohomish. Amanda homeschools and enjoys the outdoors also, as well as keeping their yard and home welcoming. They both have worked with youth in various ways since even before their Bible School days. Now, as their kids grow, they have continued investing in and encouraging youth to walk with the Lord.

Mentors: Dean and Kara Justus

Dean and Kara Justus

Dean and Kara met at Washington State University and got married in 1997. Dean has worked at Microsoft for the last 29 years. Kara homeschooled both of their daughters. Their eldest currently lives in Ohio with her husband, and their youngest is going to college in Montana. Dean and Kara both have a heart for serving the Lord in various ways. They especially enjoy serving their local church family, leading several short-term mission trips to Mexico, and look forward to new opportunities to serve and encourage others.
