Summer Internship Opportunity

For the summer of 2026, we would LOVE to have people come out for a couple of weeks or a couple of months for an internship! We will be offering a couple of internships this summer for anyone 15 and older. All food and lodging are provided, and you will be trained in the area of your internship, so no prior experience is needed.

Internships offered:
Assistant Program Director: You will learn how to direct a program, creating new and exciting activities, scheduling and organizing a camp. During our family camps and character camps, you will learn to navigate last-minute schedule changes, manage people, transition groups between activities, and announce program activities.
Kitchen: You will be equipped to operate a commercial kitchen, cook and bake for large groups, budget/shop, and meal plan. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to be more comfortable with cooking for a lot of people, be more knowledgeable in the kitchen, or who would like to go into a cooking/baking career.
Landscaping: You will learn how to landscape our campgrounds by operating a riding lawnmower, weed-wacking, trimming, gardening, irrigation, and various other maintenance tasks on our property. This can equip you to start your own landscaping business or simply enhance your own yard. This will also teach you a good work ethic, creativity, and design.
Building Maintenance: You will learn how to repair and build new additions to the buildings here at the Ranch. This can vary from plumbing, electrical, carpentry, to painting and designing. You will learn very handy skills that will enable you to fix and repair anything in your home.
Guest Services: You will learn how to prepare our Dining Hall, suites, bunkhouses for guests. This not only includes thorough cleaning with natural solutions, but also equips you to make your guests feel at home in your home. You will use these skills in everyday life, and you will learn to be a fast and efficient cleaner and organizer.
